We were founded in 1912 under the name, "Onkashi Tsukasa Chitose" in the Tsukiji, the neighborhood known as the "Kitchen of Tokyo" and famous for its rich food culture.

Since then, we’ve developed our craft and even had the honor of delivering orders to the Imperial Court.
